Recently one of my co-workers who admittedly is recovering by overuse of drugs and alcohol commented "Jesus is the only one we can count on." The context was others will fail us but Jesus will not. Specifically what does that mean? Try to avoid generalities and be specific. In what way can Jesus be depended on today where others fail us? To give you an idea of what this guy is thinking, he says he writes poetry that God gives him. When he writes he can feel God on his shoulder and knows that God is giving him the specific words to write. God is quite dependable because he provides the words for this guy to get the credit for writing.
